Joining Maendeleo Democratic Party (MDP) is quick, easy, and secure through the ORPP USSD platform.
Follow these simple steps:
1. Dial *509# on your mobile phone.
2. Register/Login: First-time users should enter their National ID Number and First Name exactly as they appear on the ID.
3. Receive PIN: You will receive an ORPP PIN via SMS.
4. Resign (if necessary): If you already belong to another political party, select Membership and choose Resign first.
5. Join a Party: Dial *509# again, enter your PIN, then select Membership > Join a Party.
6. Enter Party Details:

7. Confirm your membership by following the prompts.
