Report on IEBC Candidate Registration Management System (CRMS) Training

📌 Purpose of the CRMS
- Registering and clearing party-sponsored & independent candidates.
- Capturing and managing political party details.
- Processing of party lists submitted by political parties.
- Feeding CRMS data into the Results Transmission System (RTS).
- Generating ballot & poster proofs.
- Producing final ballot papers for elections & by-elections.

🎯 Training Objectives
The training prepared parties for the by-elections on 27th November 2025, emphasizing accurate data submission, credible nominations, and adherence to IEBC integrity standards.
⏳ Submission Timelines
17th September – 10th October 2025: Candidate data submission window.
👨💻 Role of ICT Officers
- Compile & upload candidate lists to CRMS using IEBC template.
- Ensure data accuracy (irreversible once submitted).
- Upload candidate photos that meet IEBC standards (JPEG/PNG, 1028×768, white background, 2MB max).
